Some mornings start just like any other. Every once in a while, we see the courier walk through the front door, usually hauling the standard large boxes of supplies. But the other day, something different happened. The courier didn't arrive with the usual heavy crates, but with a significantly smaller rectangular package. Intrigued, we began to unbox it until the contents were revealed: a book.
“Il cuore delle Dolomiti di Alessandro Gruzza" (The heart of the Dolomites by Alessandro Gruzza).
Alessandro was our guest some time ago and decided to share his work and his passion for photography with us. Upon opening the first page, we found a dedication:
|| “To the friends of Smart Hotel Saslong, a message of beauty and respect from the very heart of these spectacular mountains.”
That was the exact moment the book stopped being just a book.
