We offer a rich and high-quality breakfast at all of our hotels. We prioritise regional produce to support the local economy. Because enjoyment is better shared, we also invite guests who are not staying with us to join us for breakfast. At the Smart Hotel Saslong, external guests can also enjoy breakfast, provided the book in advance.

If you are planning a day of hiking and adventure in the majestic surrounding mountains, we believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That is why we offer an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet with a wide range of sweet to savoury options to give you energy and ensure you are in a good mood all day long.

Our breakfast also features high-quality South Tyrolean and km0 products, carefully selected to ensure freshness and authenticity. Many of our products are sourced daily from local shops, supporting local producers.


Psss. If you are staying at one of the Alpstay hotels, breakfast is included in your stay! If you are not staying with us, you are welcome to stay at the Smart Hotel Saslong upon reservation (25€/person).
